Last week, we held our quarterly BIBUS Ukraine Meeting!

Over two intensive days, our sales department employees, along with colleagues from logistics, administration, and marketing, discussed key topics, participated in training sessions, and shared their experiences.

FPZ – Under the guidance of Silvio Mauri, we dived into the world of side channel blowers and their industrial applications. Grateful for the opportunity to learn from the best!
Danfoss – Sergio Salandria and Cumhur Yazaroglu introduced the new operational model of Danfoss.

Our teams actively worked on crucial topics:

• Enhancing customer-centricity in the B2B sector.
• Exploring new markets and business directions – where do we go next?
• Boosting internal efficiency – improving communication and collaboration between departments.

Outcome: The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to share best practices, generate new ideas and improve our teamwork!
