Cooling system (with filtration, pump, tank)
In addition to many types of oil coolers from European manufacturers, BIBUS Ukraine can also offer its customers cooling systems based on these heat exchangers.
For the most part, such systems are used as a separate cooling and/or filtration circuit for various systems in industrial and mobile hydraulics. Such systems are quite compact and, in addition to the oil cooler itself, have the following additional components: electric motor, pump, filter, temperature relay, level relay and in some cases even a separate tank.
Cooling systems are assembled and ready for use, which significantly saves time on the calculation, production and connection of such a system.

Conventionally, all systems that we can offer should be divided into the following:

Cooling system with tank and suction filter combines directly heat exchanger, tank, drain filter, thermal relay, filler neck and visual level gauge.

The ideal solution for any type of self-propelled vehicle in confined spaces is recommended for installation in hydraulic systems with a closed loop of circulation of the working fluid.
The cooling system with filter and bypass line is installed in a stationary hydraulic system and, in addition to cooling the hydraulic fluid, carries out its additional filtration.
he bypass line is preventing a cooling system from the situation when the hydraulic fluid for certain reasons (clogged filter, cold start of the system, etc.) does not enter the cooler, stopping the circulation of oil in the system. In this case, the bypass line will automatically ensure the circulation of oil through the cooler, bypassing the filter in any case.
The cooling system with a pump is used not only in industrial hydraulic systems and self-propelled vehicles, but also for cooling lubrication systems of various types of gearboxes and transmissions, in torque converter systems and compressor technology etc.
The cooling system with a pump is a completely autonomous system that provides oil suction, cooling, filtration (if necessary) and return back to the system. The built-in electric motor in this case rotates both the pump and the cooler fan.
